COTTAGE INFORMATION
Prices
All favors, gifts and accessories are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD). All prices are subject to changes without prior notice. We do not charge GST.
Processing Time
Items with ready stocks will be prepared and arranged for delivery within two to three working days. For bulk orders and out-of-stock items, the processing time may vary from 1 week to 8 weeks depending on the type of items ordered. To ensure that your order arrives on time for your big day, we recommend you to order as early as possible.
Payment
We accept payments by cash^, via ATM electronic transfer, internet bank transfer, and PayPal. Bank details and PayPal* account will be advised upon receiving your order. Please kindly inform us once you have made the payment. We will verify and send you an acknowledgement upon successful receipt of your payment.
^ Cash payment applicable for customers who are self-collecting their orders.
* Credit card payment (via PayPal) available for total purchase amount of $500 and above.
Confirmation/Cancellation of Order
Your order will be confirmed and processed upon successful receipt of full payment. No refunds will be made for cancellation of orders.
Delivery
Orders will be delivered via "Speedpost Islandwide Services - SAME DAY (Normal)". Delivery costs will be borne by customers.
Self-collection @ Tiong Bahru MRT station can be arranged and delivery cost will be waived.

All items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. In the event of defective items, please kindly notify us within three working days of receiving your order. We may offer a one-for-one exchange. However if the items are out-of-stock, you may exchange for another item of same or higher value. Top-up of payment is required if the exchanged item is of higher value.
